Job Description
We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Virtual Sales Lead Auditor to join our Professional Services team. This critical role involves meticulously reviewing and auditing sales leads and processes to ensure compliance with company standards, regulatory requirements, and optimal efficiency. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of professional services sales cycles, data integrity, and excellent communication skills, thriving in a 100% remote work environment. You will be instrumental in identifying areas for improvement, mitigating risks, and contributing to the overall integrity and success of our sales operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive virtual audits of sales leads generated, processed, and tracked by the sales team for professional services engagements.
- Verify the accuracy, completeness, and compliance of lead data against established criteria and CRM entries.
- Assess the effectiveness and adherence to sales processes, including lead qualification, distribution, and follow-up procedures.
- Identify discrepancies, potential compliance issues, and areas of inefficiency in the sales lead lifecycle.
- Prepare detailed audit reports with findings, recommendations, and corrective actions for sales leadership.
- Collaborate with sales, operations, and compliance teams to implement process improvements and training initiatives.
- Stay informed on industry best practices for sales lead management, data privacy, and compliance regulations.
- Contribute to the development and refinement of auditing methodologies and tools.
- Provide constructive feedback and support to enhance sales team performance and data quality.
Required Skills
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in auditing, sales operations, or a related analytical role within professional services.
- Proven ability to conduct virtual audits and analyze complex data sets.
- Strong understanding of CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and sales lead management processes.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel for data analysis.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present findings clearly and concisely.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setting.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Experience with compliance frameworks or regulatory auditing.
