Job Description

Are you looking for a dynamic role where you can contribute to a world-class logistics operation? FedEx Supply Chain is seeking dedicated Warehouse Utility Workers to join our team in New Port Richey, FL. This full-time position offers immediate opportunities across all shifts, providing flexibility and a chance to be part of a critical global network. As a Warehouse Utility Worker, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient flow of goods, maintaining a safe and organized environment, and supporting various warehouse functions. This is an on-site position at our state-of-the-art facility.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform a variety of warehouse tasks, including receiving, picking, packing, and shipping materials and products.
  • Operate various material handling equipment safely, such as pallet jacks and hand trucks (training provided as needed).
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, adhering to all safety protocols and procedures.
  • Conduct inventory counts and assist with stock rotation and replenishment as required.
  • Load and unload trucks, ensuring accuracy and proper handling of all items.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors to meet daily operational goals.

Required Skills

  • Ability to lift and move heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) regularly.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods.
  • Commitment to workplace safety and following established procedures.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment.
  • Familiarity with inventory management systems.
  • Forklift certification or experience operating other material handling equipment.
  • High school diploma or GED.
