Key Responsibilities
- Assist senior waxing specialists with client preparation and post-treatment care.
- Maintain the cleanliness and sterilization of treatment rooms and equipment, adhering to strict hygiene standards.
- Prepare waxing products and tools, ensuring all stations are fully stocked and organized.
- Greet clients warmly, prepare them for their appointments, and ensure their comfort throughout their visit.
- Manage appointment schedules and client records efficiently.
- Provide excellent customer service, answering client queries and ensuring a smooth salon experience.
- Support inventory management for waxing supplies and notify management of low stock levels.
Required Skills
- Strong passion for the beauty industry and a desire to learn waxing techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a client-focused approach.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and demanding environment.
- High level of attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and hygiene.
- Reliable, punctual, and a proactive team player.
- Basic computer literacy for scheduling and record-keeping.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a salon or spa setting (even in a non-waxing role).
- Certification or diploma in beauty therapy, cosmetology, or a related field.
- Knowledge of various waxing products and techniques.
- First Aid certification.
