Job Description
Are you ready to bring the fun? Dave & Buster’s in Downtown Greeley is looking for enthusiastic and reliable individuals to join our team as Weekend Arcade Crew! This is a casual, part-time position perfect for someone who loves a lively atmosphere and enjoys helping people have a great time. You’ll be the face of fun, assisting guests with games, managing our prize counter, and ensuring the arcade area is always ready for action. No prior experience is needed – we’ll train you to become a master of arcade operations!
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist guests with a positive and friendly attitude, helping them navigate games and understand rules.
- Operate the prize counter, assisting guests with prize selections and managing inventory.
- Monitor arcade floor to ensure guest safety and adherence to facility rules.
- Perform light maintenance and troubleshooting on arcade games, reporting any major issues to management.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the arcade area, including wiping down machines and tidying up.
- Handle cash and card transactions accurately and efficiently at the prize counter.
- Provide excellent customer service, resolving guest inquiries and ensuring a memorable experience.
- Support fellow team members and contribute to a positive team environment.
Required Skills
- Enthusiastic and outgoing personality.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable and punctual, especially for weekend shifts.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions.
- Must be at least 16 years old (or local equivalent).
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in customer service or a guest-facing role.
- Familiarity with arcade games or entertainment venues.
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periods.
