Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced WFH Admin Support professional to join our dynamic remote team. This is a crucial role that provides comprehensive administrative assistance to various departments, ensuring smooth operations and efficient workflow within a fast-paced corporate environment. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem-solver with exceptional organisational skills, capable of managing multiple tasks independently and delivering high-quality results. Key Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to assigned teams and executives, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and coordinating travel (if applicable).
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents with high accuracy and professionalism.
  • Organise and maintain digital and physical filing systems, ensuring efficient retrieval of information.
  • Facilitate communication between internal departments and external stakeholders.
  • Process expenses, invoices, and other financial documents in compliance with company policies.
  • Assist with project coordination and tracking, ensuring deadlines are met.
  • Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion and integrity.
  • Proactively identify and implement process improvements to enhance administrative efficiency.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience (3+ years) in an administrative support role, preferably in a remote setting.
  • Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Exceptional organisational and time management abilities.
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
