Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented WFH Administrative Aide to join our remote team. In this role, you will be responsible for high-volume data entry with an emphasis on speed and accuracy (‘Subito’ – meaning immediately/quickly). This position is critical for maintaining the integrity and efficiency of our operational data, supporting various departments within the organization. You will handle a diverse range of information, ensuring all data is processed accurately and promptly, contributing to the smooth functioning of our financial services. This is a 100% remote position, offering flexibility while demanding consistent productivity and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform high-volume data entry from various sources into internal systems with exceptional speed and accuracy.
- Verify data for errors, discrepancies, and omissions, making necessary corrections.
- Maintain organized digital records and ensure data security and confidentiality.
- Assist with basic administrative tasks as needed, including document preparation and file management.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding data entry progress and issues.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, especially those related to data handling and privacy.
- Manage time effectively to meet deadlines in a fast-paced, remote work environment.
Required Skills
- Proven experience with high-volume data entry.
- Exceptional typing speed and accuracy (e.g., 60+ WPM).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- High level of discretion and ability to handle confidential information.
Preferred Qualifications
- Associate's degree or equivalent professional training.
- Experience with financial services data entry or similar regulated environments.
