Job Description

Join our dedicated team as a WFH Content Moderator, specializing in securing web communities for a leading streaming platform like Netflix. In this crucial role, you will be at the forefront of maintaining a safe and positive online environment by reviewing user-generated content for adherence to community guidelines and terms of service. This remote position requires a keen eye for detail, strong ethical judgment, and the ability to make consistent decisions under pressure. You will play a vital part in upholding brand integrity and user safety by identifying and addressing inappropriate, offensive, or harmful content.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review and moderate user-generated content, including text, images, and videos, in accordance with established policies and guidelines for a secure web community platform.
  • Identify and escalate complex content issues or policy violations to specialized teams as needed.
  • Maintain a high level of accuracy and efficiency in content moderation tasks.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of content moderation guidelines and processes.
  • Stay updated on evolving content trends, platform policies, and potential risks to online safety.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent application of moderation standards.
