Job Description
We are seeking observant and detail-oriented WFH Mystery Shoppers in Millcreek, UT, for a flexible, part-time role designed to fit around a parent’s schedule. This 100% remote position involves evaluating various businesses covertly and providing crucial feedback to improve customer service standards for major brands.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct covert evaluations of various businesses (retail, restaurants, etc.) based on provided guidelines.
- Observe and document specific details related to customer service, cleanliness, product availability, and overall store experience.
- Interact with staff members naturally to assess their service quality.
- Submit detailed, objective, and accurate reports online within specified deadlines.
- Maintain strict confidentiality regarding assignments and findings.
- Manage your own schedule to complete assignments flexibly, primarily during school hours.
Required Skills
- Exceptional observational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong written communication skills for clear and concise reporting.
- Reliable access to a computer with internet and basic photography capabilities (smartphone).
