Job Description
We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented WFH Order Entry Specialist to join our remote team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately processing customer orders, ensuring timely and correct data entry into our systems. This is a critical position that supports our operations, customer satisfaction, and overall business efficiency. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, a strong eye for detail, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced virtual environment. This is a 100% remote position.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately input customer order information into the company's order management system.
- Verify order details, including product codes, quantities, pricing, and shipping information, to prevent errors.
- Communicate effectively with internal teams (e.g., sales, customer service, logistics) to resolve order discrepancies or issues.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product offerings, pricing, and promotional campaigns.
- Generate and distribute order confirmations and invoices as required.
- Assist with other administrative tasks and data entry projects as needed.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures regarding data integrity and security.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in data entry and order processing software.
