Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused WFH Support Associate to join our growing remote team. This is an entry-level position perfect for individuals looking to start their career in customer support with one of Canada’s most recognized brands. As a WFH Support Associate, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and technical assistance from the comfort of your home office. You will help customers resolve inquiries, troubleshoot technical issues, and guide them through our services and products. Comprehensive training will be provided to ensure your success in this role.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide first-line technical support and customer service via phone, email, and chat.
- Identify, diagnose, and resolve customer issues related to Bell products and services.
- Escalate complex issues to senior support teams when necessary.
- Document all customer interactions accurately and thoroughly in the CRM system.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through professional and empathetic communication.
- Educate customers on product features, self-service options, and best practices.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and service level agreements.
- Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.
