Job Description
Join Rogers Communications as a Work From Home: Inbound Sales Representative, focusing exclusively on warm leads. This is a 100% remote opportunity for motivated individuals who excel at building rapport and converting interest into sales. You will be the first point of contact for customers who have expressed interest in our products and services, guiding them through their options and closing sales with confidence and empathy. We provide comprehensive training and ongoing support to ensure your success in a dynamic and rewarding environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with warm inbound leads via phone, email, and chat to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Present and explain Rogers' products and services, including internet, wireless, TV, and home phone, clearly and persuasively.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all customer interactions and sales activities in our CRM system.
- Stay informed about new products, services, promotions, and industry trends to effectively respond to customer inquiries.
- Collaborate with team members and sales leadership to optimize sales strategies and customer satisfaction.
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and quality standards in all interactions.
Required Skills
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales, customer service, or a related field.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong active listening and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and standard office applications (e.g., Microsoft Office).
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and ability to work independently in a remote setting.
- High-speed internet connection and a dedicated, quiet home office space.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in telecommunications or a technology-related industry.
- Bilingualism (English and French) is a strong asset.
- Post-secondary education in business, marketing, or a related discipline.
- Familiarity with Rogers' product portfolio.
- Previous experience in a remote work environment.
