Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Ad Traffic Coordinator with a strong marketing focus to join our remote team. In this 100% remote role, you will be responsible for the seamless execution and trafficking of digital advertising campaigns across various platforms. You will play a crucial role in ensuring campaign assets are delivered correctly, on time, and meet all technical specifications, directly supporting our marketing and client teams to achieve optimal campaign performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end trafficking process for digital advertising campaigns, including display, video, and social media ads.
  • Coordinate with internal marketing teams, creative agencies, and media partners to collect and verify ad assets and specifications.
  • Implement, test, and troubleshoot ad tags and creative files using various ad serving platforms.
  • Monitor campaign delivery, ensuring accurate impression and click tracking, and proactively identify and resolve any discrepancies.
  • Maintain detailed documentation of campaign setups, trafficking instructions, and performance data.
  • Generate and distribute regular trafficking reports and provide insights on campaign performance to stakeholders.
  • Assist in the optimization of campaigns by providing technical support and ensuring correct implementation of targeting parameters.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry best practices, new ad technologies, and platform updates to continuously improve trafficking processes.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience in digital ad trafficking or a similar role within a marketing or agency environment.
  • Familiarity with major ad serving platforms (e.g., Google Ad Manager, Sizmek, Campaign Manager 360).
  • Understanding of digital marketing concepts, ad formats, and campaign lifecycles.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and troubleshoot technical issues.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for data management and reporting.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience with programmatic advertising platforms and DSPs.
  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, or JavaScript for ad tag implementation and troubleshooting.
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
  • Certification in Google Ads or other relevant digital advertising platforms.
