Job Description
We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented WFH Google Data Processor with a specific focus on financial records to join our remote team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately processing, organizing, and maintaining financial data using Google Workspace tools. You will ensure data integrity, adherence to compliance standards, and timely completion of data processing tasks critical to our operations. Key Responsibilities
- Process and input financial data into Google Sheets and other specified systems with high accuracy and efficiency.
- Verify data against source documents to ensure completeness and correctness, identifying and correcting discrepancies.
- Organize and maintain digital financial records in Google Drive, ensuring proper categorization and accessibility.
- Adhere to strict data security protocols and confidentiality guidelines, especially concerning sensitive financial information.
- Generate basic reports from processed data as required by team leads or project managers.
- Collaborate remotely with team members to ensure seamless workflow and consistent data quality.
- Assist with data cleanup projects and ensure compliance with internal and external regulations.
- Perform routine data backups and maintain an organized digital filing system.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in Google Workspace (Google Sheets, Google Docs, Google Drive, Gmail).
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and verification.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively in a remote environment.
