Key Responsibilities
- Engage enthusiastically with customers via phone, email, and chat to understand their unique travel needs and preferences.
- Provide comprehensive and expert advice on a wide range of TUI holiday destinations, products, and services.
- Tailor and present compelling holiday packages that align perfectly with customer requirements and budget.
- Accurately and efficiently process bookings, handling all aspects of the sales cycle from initial inquiry to final confirmation.
- Proactively follow up with potential customers to nurture leads and convert inquiries into successful sales.
- Consistently achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Stay meticulously up-to-date with TUI's evolving product offerings, promotional campaigns, and broader travel industry trends.
- Maintain an exceptionally high level of customer satisfaction, striving to build lasting relationships and repeat business.
Required Skills
- Proven experience (minimum 1 year) in a sales or customer service role, demonstrating strong client-facing abilities.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information clearly.
- Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities, coupled with a results-oriented mindset.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and sales software to manage customer interactions and track progress.
- Ability to work independently, demonstrate self-motivation, and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
- A genuine passion for travel and a foundational understanding of popular holiday destinations and travel trends.
- Resilience, adaptability, and a consistently positive attitude towards achieving challenging sales targets.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience within the travel industry, specifically in holiday sales or tour operations.
- Familiarity with Global Distribution Systems (GDS) or other specialized travel booking platforms.
- Fluency in additional languages (e.g., German, French, Spanish) would be advantageous.
- Relevant certifications or qualifications in Customer Service, Sales, or Travel & Tourism.
