Job Description
Are you looking for a fun, flexible, and rewarding part-time job that fits around your studies or other commitments? Our Cow Molly is seeking enthusiastic and friendly Ice Cream Servers to join our team on Ecclesall Road. This is an excellent opportunity for students or anyone eager to gain customer service experience in a lively environment. You’ll be the face of our parlour, ensuring every customer leaves with a smile and a delicious treat. We value a positive attitude and a willingness to learn, so no prior experience is necessary – just bring your energy and we’ll teach you the rest!
Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with menu selections.
- Scoop and serve various ice cream flavours, sundaes, milkshakes, and other desserts accurately and efficiently.
- Handle cash and card transactions using our point-of-sale system.
- Maintain a clean and organised serving area, including restocking supplies.
- Ensure all food safety and hygiene standards are met.
- Prepare simple toppings and accompaniments.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve minor complaints professionally.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operation during busy periods.
