Job Description

Join INTEGRIS Health as a Home Health Aide in a low-stress clinical environment. This vital role involves providing compassionate personal care and assistance to patients in their homes, helping them maintain independence and well-being. You will work closely with patients and their families, ensuring comfort and support while adhering to personalized care plans. This position offers a supportive team atmosphere and the opportunity to build meaningful relationships with those you serve, focusing on a balanced and fulfilling caregiving experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility.
  • Provide light housekeeping tasks that directly relate to patient care, such as tidying living areas and laundry.
  • Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding as needed.
  • Remind patients to take medications as prescribed (no administration involved).
  • Monitor and report changes in patient condition to supervising nurses.
  • Provide companionship and emotional support to patients.
  • Document care provided accurately and timely.
  • Ensure a safe and clean environment for patients.

Required Skills

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong sense of empathy and compassion
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
  • Basic understanding of health and safety protocols
  • Ability to lift and move patients safely

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience as a Home Health Aide or CNA
  • Completion of a state-approved HHA training program
  • CPR and First Aid certification
