Job Description
Join Qantas as an Inbound Remote Booking Coordinator and become a vital part of our customer service team, all from the comfort of your home. You will be responsible for handling incoming calls and digital inquiries from customers seeking to book or modify flights, answer questions about travel policies, and provide general assistance. Crucially, this role involves NO outbound sales calls; your focus will solely be on assisting customers who reach out to us. We provide comprehensive paid training to ensure you are fully equipped with all the knowledge and tools needed to succeed.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone and digital channels efficiently and professionally.
- Assist customers with booking new flights, modifying existing reservations, and canceling itineraries.
- Provide accurate information regarding flight schedules, fares, travel requirements, and Qantas policies.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints with empathy and a solutions-oriented approach.
- Document all customer interactions accurately in our booking systems.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge regarding Qantas services and destinations.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and service standards.
- Participate actively in all provided training sessions.
