Job Description
We are seeking an innovative and data-driven AI SEO Content Strategist to join our Growth Marketing team. In this fully remote role, you will be instrumental in shaping and executing our SEO content strategy, leveraging artificial intelligence tools and insights to drive organic traffic, improve search rankings, and enhance content performance. You will be responsible for identifying high-impact keywords, developing content briefs, optimizing existing content, and analyzing results to continually refine our approach. This role requires a blend of creative content development skills, technical SEO understanding, and a keen eye for leveraging AI to scale and optimize our content efforts.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive AI-driven SEO content strategy aligned with overall growth marketing objectives.
- Conduct in-depth keyword research and competitor analysis to identify new content opportunities and gaps.
- Utilize AI tools for content generation, optimization, and performance analysis, ensuring ethical and high-quality outputs.
- Create detailed content briefs for writers, ensuring SEO best practices, target keywords, and user intent are clearly defined.
- Collaborate with content creators, product marketing, and development teams to ensure seamless execution of content initiatives.
- Perform technical SEO audits and work with development teams to implement recommendations for site health and crawlability.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on SEO content performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and third-party SEO platforms.
- Stay abreast of the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and AI advancements in content marketing.
- Educate internal teams on SEO best practices and the effective use of AI in content creation.
- Optimize existing content for improved search engine visibility and user engagement.
Required Skills
- 3+ years of experience in SEO content strategy or a similar role.
- Proven track record of driving organic traffic growth and improving search rankings.
- Deep understanding of SEO principles, including technical SEO, on-page, and off-page optimization.
- Experience with SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, Google Search Console, and Google Analytics.
- Proficiency in leveraging AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Jasper, Surfer SEO) for content research, generation, and optimization.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable strategies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, remote environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Experience working with a CRM platform (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
- Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) like WordPress or similar.
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS for basic SEO troubleshooting.
- Experience in B2B SaaS or technology companies.
