Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Virtual Pinterest Liaison with a strong professional administrative background to join our dynamic team. This 100% remote role is pivotal in managing and optimizing Pinterest accounts for our diverse client portfolio, ensuring content strategy alignment, scheduling efficiency, and engagement growth. The ideal candidate will blend strategic thinking for visual content with impeccable administrative support, acting as a crucial link between our creative teams and client objectives on the Pinterest platform.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive Pinterest strategies tailored to client goals and brand guidelines.
  • Manage content calendars, scheduling pins, story pins, and video pins to maximize reach and engagement.
  • Conduct keyword research and optimize pin descriptions, titles, and boards for Pinterest SEO.
  • Monitor Pinterest analytics, generate performance reports, and provide data-driven recommendations for optimization.
  • Liaise directly with clients and internal teams to gather requirements, provide updates, and ensure seamless communication.
  • Perform general administrative tasks, including data entry, email management, and document organization related to Pinterest campaigns.
  • Stay current with Pinterest trends, algorithm changes, and best practices to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Assist in the creation and curation of engaging visual content, collaborating with designers and copywriters.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience with Pinterest for business, including creating and managing campaigns.
