Signature Aviation is seeking an Aircraft Refueler / Line Service Technician to join our dedicated team at Harrisburg International Airport (MDT) in Middletown, Pennsylvania. Key Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently refuel aircraft in accordance with company and regulatory procedures.
- Perform aircraft marshaling, wing walking, and towing operations.
- Operate and maintain ground support equipment (GSE) including refuelers, tugs, and lavatory services.
- Provide excellent customer service to pilots, flight crews, and passengers.
- Conduct quality control checks on fuel to ensure purity and proper additive levels.
- Maintain a clean and organized ramp area and equipment.
- Complete all necessary documentation and record-keeping accurately.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies at all times.
Required Skills
- High school diploma or GED.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to obtain an airport security badge (requires a background check).
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for extended periods, bend, stoop, and climb.
- Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to safety.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in an outdoor or physically demanding role.
- Familiarity with basic mechanical operations or equipment handling.
- Previous experience in a customer service environment.
- A passion for aviation or a strong interest in the industry.
