Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and meticulous Mobile Glass Degreaser to join our dynamic team in Norwich. In this crucial role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional on-site vehicle glass degreasing services, ensuring our customers have crystal-clear visibility. This position requires someone who is reliable, customer-focused, and comfortable working independently while travelling to various locations within the Norwich area and surrounding regions. You will be equipped with all necessary tools and a company vehicle to perform your duties efficiently and to our high standards. Key Responsibilities
- Travel to customer locations to perform professional vehicle glass degreasing and cleaning services.
- Inspect vehicle glass for residue, films, and contaminants, determining the most effective cleaning methods.
- Utilize specialized cleaning agents and equipment to remove grease, grime, and other foreign substances from vehicle windows, windscreens, and mirrors.
- Ensure all work is completed to the highest standard, leaving glass surfaces spotless and streak-free.
- Maintain a clean and organised company vehicle and all assigned equipment.
- Provide excellent customer service, clearly explaining the process and answering any client questions.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company guidelines during all operations.
- Complete necessary paperwork and digital records accurately and in a timely manner.
Required Skills
- Valid UK driving license with a clean record.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality work.
- Ability to work independently and manage a mobile schedule effectively.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Physical ability to perform detailed cleaning tasks and move equipment as needed.

Preferred Qualifications
