Key Responsibilities
- Participate in extensive training programs to learn and understand Quality Control procedures, standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Assist in conducting routine inspections and tests on raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods.
- Accurately document inspection and test results, maintaining detailed and organized records.
- Calibrate and maintain laboratory equipment under supervision.
- Collaborate with Quality Control technicians and other departments to identify and resolve quality-related issues.
- Adhere strictly to all safety protocols and company policies, ensuring a safe working environment.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the Quality Control department.
Required Skills
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a methodical approach to tasks.
- Strong willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies.
- Basic computer proficiency (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to follow instructions precisely and work as part of a team.

- Previous experience in a structured work environment (e.g., retail, customer service, or administrative roles).
