Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly motivated Real Estate Chat Validator to join our remote sales support team. In this role, you will be responsible for reviewing and validating customer chat interactions, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and quality in our real estate inquiries. You will play a critical part in maintaining high standards for our customer communication and supporting our sales efforts by ensuring leads are properly qualified and routed.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and validate real estate chat transcripts for accuracy, completeness, and adherence to company guidelines.
- Identify and flag potential compliance issues or data discrepancies within chat conversations.
- Provide constructive feedback to chat agents to improve communication quality and adherence to protocols.
- Collaborate with sales and support teams to streamline chat validation processes.
- Contribute to the development and refinement of chat validation standards and best practices.
- Maintain detailed records of validated chats and report on key findings.
- Assist with special projects related to chat quality assurance and sales support as needed.
Required Skills
- Excellent written communication and comprehension skills in English.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to analyze information and identify inconsistencies.
- Proficiency with online chat platforms and CRM software.
- Basic understanding of real estate terminology and processes.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment.
