Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused MedSpa Patient Coordinator to join our growing team in Boise. This pivotal role involves being the first point of contact for our valued clients, managing appointments, providing detailed information about our services, and ensuring a seamless and positive patient experience from initial inquiry through treatment and follow-up. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational skills, a friendly demeanor, and a genuine passion for the aesthetics industry. Key Responsibilities

  • Warmly greet all patients and visitors, ensuring a welcoming environment.
  • Manage patient scheduling, appointments, and treatment plans efficiently.
  • Answer phones, respond to emails, and handle all patient inquiries promptly and professionally.
  • Educate patients on available services, products, and treatment protocols.
  • Process patient payments, manage billing, and maintain accurate patient records.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area and patient waiting areas.
  • Assist with inventory management and ordering of office supplies and retail products.
  • Support marketing initiatives by assisting with social media updates and promotional materials.
  • Collaborate closely with aestheticians, nurses, and management to ensure optimal patient flow and satisfaction.

Required Skills

  • Minimum of 1 year experience in a medical office, spa, or customer service role.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in office software (MS Office, scheduling systems).
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multi-task and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • A passion for the aesthetics and beauty industry.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a MedSpa or dermatology setting.
  • Knowledge of medical terminology, particularly related to aesthetic treatments.
  • Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems.
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field.
