Job Description

Join Bank of America as a Bank Representative with a focus on Professional Services, serving the vibrant community of Wesley Chapel, FL. In this pivotal role, you will be the primary point of contact for clients, providing exceptional service, managing financial transactions, and identifying opportunities to introduce clients to our comprehensive suite of banking and professional services. This position requires a proactive individual with a strong commitment to client satisfaction and a keen eye for detail. You will work closely with financial advisors and specialized teams to ensure our professional clients receive tailored solutions that meet their unique needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, handling inquiries, transactions, and service requests with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Identify client needs and proactively offer relevant banking products and services, including checking accounts, savings, loans, and investment referrals.
  • Process routine financial transactions suchately and efficiently, including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and cashing checks.
  • Educate clients on digital banking tools and services, promoting self-service options where appropriate.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of banking products, services, and policies, as well as relevant compliance regulations.
  • Collaborate with internal partners, such as financial advisors and lending specialists, to provide comprehensive solutions for clients with professional service needs.
  • Resolve client issues and complaints promptly and professionally, escalating complex situations when necessary.
  • Adhere to all operational and security procedures to protect client information and bank assets.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance product knowledge and service skills.

Required Skills

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service or client-facing role, preferably in financial services.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications and ability to learn new banking software quickly.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to identify client needs and make appropriate recommendations.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
  • Previous experience working with professional clients or in a professional services environment.
  • Bilingual proficiency (English and Spanish) is a plus.
  • Knowledge of banking regulations and compliance.
