Job Description
We are seeking an exceptionally polished and engaging VIP Lounge Host to join our team for high-end events in Naperville, Illinois. As a VIP Lounge Host, you will be the face of our luxury hospitality service, responsible for creating an exclusive and unforgettable experience for our most distinguished guests. Key Responsibilities
- Warmly greet and welcome VIP guests upon their arrival to the lounge, ensuring a personalized and exclusive experience.
- Manage guest check-in and access, verifying credentials with precision and discretion.
- Anticipate guest needs and provide proactive assistance, including seating, beverage service coordination, and information on event schedules or amenities.
- Maintain the immaculate presentation and ambiance of the VIP lounge at all times, including cleanliness, organization, and readiness for service.
- Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and special requests with professionalism, grace, and swift resolution.
- Collaborate seamlessly with catering, security, and event management teams to ensure a smooth and superior guest journey.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and operational standards, ensuring a secure and comfortable environment for all guests.
- Represent Levy Restaurants with the highest level of professionalism and brand ambassadorship.
Required Skills
