Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Ad Traffic Coordinator with a marketing focus to join our remote team. This role is crucial for ensuring the timely and accurate delivery of advertising materials across various platforms. The successful candidate will act as a central point of contact, coordinating between internal marketing teams, external agencies, media vendors, and creative departments. You will manage workflows, track progress, and ensure all ad campaigns launch seamlessly and meet specifications, playing a vital role in our integrated marketing efforts.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage the trafficking of digital and traditional advertising assets (e.g., banners, videos, print ads, radio spots) through their lifecycle.
- Serve as the primary liaison between creative teams, media buying teams, and external vendors to ensure timely delivery of ad materials.
- Develop and maintain detailed project schedules and traffic calendars for all assigned campaigns.
- Monitor ad campaign progress, identifying and escalating any potential delays or issues to relevant stakeholders.
- Ensure all advertising materials meet technical specifications, brand guidelines, and legal requirements prior to launch.
- Manage and organize creative assets, ensuring proper version control and archiving.
- Provide regular status updates and reports on campaign trafficking to marketing managers.
- Assist in quality assurance checks of live campaigns to confirm correct implementation.
Required Skills
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an Ad Traffic, Project Coordinator, or similar role within a marketing or agency environment.
- Strong understanding of digital advertising formats, platforms, and trafficking processes (e.g., Google Ads, social media platforms).
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Asana, Trello, Monday.com) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience with ad serving platforms (e.g., Google Ad Manager, Sizmek).
- Familiarity with marketing automation tools and CRM systems.
- Previous experience working remotely in a collaborative team setting.
- Understanding of the logistics or e-commerce industry.
