Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Remote Real Estate Inside Sales Agent (ISA) to join our dynamic team. This is a 100% remote position, offering the flexibility to work from anywhere while making a significant impact on our sales pipeline. As an ISA, you will be the first point of contact for potential clients, responsible for qualifying leads, nurturing relationships, and setting appointments for our experienced real estate agents. This role offers high earning potential through a commission-based structure, rewarding your dedication and sales acumen. Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct high-volume outbound calls, emails, and text messages to generate and qualify new leads.
  • Engage with potential clients to understand their real estate needs and motivations.
  • Nurture leads through consistent follow-up, providing valuable information and building rapport.
  • Accurately update and maintain client information in our CRM system.
  • Schedule qualified appointments for our listing and buyer agents.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless client experience.
  • Stay informed about local real estate market trends and company offerings.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly targets for lead conversion and appointment setting.

Required Skills

  • Proven ability to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong phone presence and comfort with cold calling.
  • High level of self-motivation and a goal-oriented mindset.
  • Proficiency with CRM software and general computer applications.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in an inside sales, telemarketing, or customer service role.

  • Active Arizona Real Estate License (or willingness to obtain one).
