This is a crucial role where you will be responsible for efficiently and safely clearing out properties, primarily foreclosed homes, of unwanted items and debris. This position requires strong physical stamina, a keen eye for detail, and a commitment to teamwork. You’ll be part of a team making a real difference in cleaning up communities and preparing properties for their next chapter. No prior experience is necessary – we provide comprehensive training for enthusiastic candidates.
Key Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently remove junk, debris, and unwanted items from foreclosed properties, including furniture, appliances, construction debris, and general clutter.
- Operate company vehicles (e.g., dump trucks) to transport removed items to designated disposal, recycling, or donation centers.
- Ensure properties are left broom-swept and ready for the next stage of renovation or sale.
- Adhere strictly to all safety protocols and company policies, especially when lifting heavy items and operating equipment.
- Work effectively as part of a team, communicating clearly and supporting colleagues to complete jobs on schedule.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of company trucks and equipment.

Required Skills
- Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 75 lbs) repeatedly and perform strenuous physical labor for extended periods.
