Job Description
As an Inbound Call Centre Agent at T-Mobile, you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers. This 100% remote position provides full training, empowering you to resolve inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and provide world-class service from the comfort of your home. You’ll play a crucial role in maintaining customer satisfaction and loyalty by addressing a variety of questions related to accounts, billing, services, and technical support. We are looking for individuals who are empathetic, great communicators, and eager to learn, regardless of prior experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls from customers promptly and professionally.
- Provide accurate information regarding T-Mobile products, services, and promotions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues related to billing, technical problems, and service activation.
- Document all customer interactions and resolutions accurately in the CRM system.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and strive for first-call resolution.
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and quality standards.
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs.
