Job Description
We are seeking a charismatic and meticulously presented Shop Assistant to join our boutique team in Morningside. This role is perfect for someone passionate about providing outstanding customer service, with an eye for detail and a genuine interest in high-quality products. You will be the face of our brand, ensuring every customer enjoys a delightful and memorable shopping experience. We value a neat appearance and a friendly, proactive approach.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with product selections and inquiries.
- Maintain the boutique's immaculate appearance, including merchandising displays and stock replenishment.
- Process sales transactions accurately using our POS system.
- Handle and package delicate products with care.
- Provide expert advice on products, including their origin and usage.
- Assist with inventory management and stock rotation.
- Ensure the shop floor is always clean, tidy, and welcoming.
- Support the team in achieving sales targets and maintaining a high standard of service.
Required Skills
