Job Description

Join Activision Blizzard as a WFH Game Support Specialist and be the first point of contact for players worldwide. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals passionate about gaming to kickstart their career in the industry from the comfort of their home, while also pursuing higher education through our comprehensive Tuition Reimbursement Program. You will provide exceptional customer service, troubleshoot issues, and ensure our players have the best possible experience with our titles.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to player inquiries via email, chat, and other support channels in a timely and professional manner.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical, billing, and gameplay-related issues for a variety of Activision Blizzard titles.
  • Escalate complex issues to senior support staff or relevant departments as needed.
  • Maintain accurate records of player interactions and resolutions in our support system.
  • Stay up-to-date with game updates, policies, and support tools.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of our support processes and knowledge base.
  • Act as an ambassador for the company, upholding a positive and helpful image.

Required Skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency with computers and ability to learn new software quickly.
  • Passion for video games and familiarity with various gaming platforms.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous customer service or technical support experience (gaming industry a plus).
  • Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk).
  • Familiarity with Activision Blizzard game titles.
  • Enrollment or intent to enroll in a college/university program.
