Job Description
Ipsos Retail Performance is seeking enthusiastic and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Professional Mystery Shoppers. This flexible, part-time role involves evaluating customer service, product availability, and store environments across various retail establishments in Middleton and surrounding suburbs. You will provide critical insights that help businesses improve their customer experience and operational standards. This position is ideal for those who enjoy independent work, have a keen eye for detail, and are committed to maintaining impartiality and accuracy. Assignments will vary in frequency and location, offering a dynamic work experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct unannounced visits to assigned retail locations, posing as a regular customer.
- Evaluate specific aspects of customer service, product presentation, cleanliness, and overall store experience based on detailed guidelines provided for each assignment.
- Interact with staff, make purchases (which may be reimbursed), and ask relevant questions to assess service quality and adherence to brand standards.
- Accurately and thoroughly complete online reports detailing observations, experiences, and feedback within specified deadlines.
- Maintain strict confidentiality regarding all assignments, client identities, and collected data.
- Adhere to all project instructions, ethical guidelines, and company policies.
- Manage a flexible schedule to complete assignments as required, often during regular business hours.
