Key Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to various departments and team members.
  • Manage and maintain executive and team schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Prepare, edit, and distribute reports, presentations, and correspondence.
  • Organize and maintain physical and electronic filing systems, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including phone calls, emails, and mail.
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and record minutes as required.
  • Monitor and maintain office supplies inventory, placing orders as needed.
  • Assist with special projects and events, contributing to their successful execution.
  • Serve as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, providing professional and courteous assistance.

Required Skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
