Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Billing Administrative Assistant with a strong focus on invoicing to join our team in Garland, Texas. This vital role will support our finance department by ensuring accurate and timely processing of invoices, managing billing inquiries, and maintaining precise financial records. The ideal candidate will possess excellent administrative skills, a keen eye for detail, and a commitment to accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, review, and process customer invoices accurately and promptly, ensuring compliance with company policies and client contracts.
- Reconcile billing discrepancies and resolve invoicing issues by collaborating with sales, operations, and customers.
- Maintain and update billing records, customer accounts, and financial databases.
- Generate billing reports and provide support for month-end closing activities.
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding invoices and billing statements in a professional and timely manner.
- Assist with other administrative duties as needed within the finance department.
- Verify accuracy of billing data and resolve any discrepancies.
Required Skills
- Proven administrative or clerical experience, preferably in a billing or finance role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.
