Job Description

Chipotle Mexican Grill is seeking enthusiastic candidates for our Entry-Level Shift Runner – Management Training program. This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in all aspects of restaurant operations, leadership, and team management. Key Responsibilities
- Learn and master all crew member positions, ensuring high standards of food quality and customer service.
- Assist in leading shifts, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and inventory management.
- Support the General Manager in maintaining operational excellence and store cleanliness.
- Train and coach new team members, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Ensure compliance with all food safety and health regulations.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
- Contribute to achieving sales goals and managing labor costs effectively.
Required Skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated reliability and a strong work ethic.

- Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory.
Preferred Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
