Job Description
Are you passionate about spa and salon services? Do you have a keen eye for detail and a desire to help improve customer experiences? Massage Envy is seeking enthusiastic and discreet individuals to join our team as a Spa & Salon Mystery Guest. In this unique part-time role, you will get paid to experience various esthetic services, including massages, facials, and other wellness treatments, at our participating locations. Your objective will be to provide honest, unbiased feedback on all aspects of the guest journey, from booking to service delivery and post-service follow-up. This is an excellent opportunity to enjoy premium wellness services while contributing directly to enhancing service quality for thousands of guests.
Key Responsibilities
- Schedule and attend assigned spa and salon services (e.g., massages, facials) as a regular customer.
- Observe and evaluate all aspects of the service experience, including staff professionalism, cleanliness of facilities, service quality, and adherence to brand standards.
- Complete detailed and objective evaluation reports within a specified timeframe after each visit.
- Provide constructive feedback and insights to help identify areas for improvement.
- Maintain strict confidentiality regarding all assignments and findings.
- Adhere to all guidelines and instructions provided for each mystery visit.
Required Skills
- Excellent observational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong written communication skills for comprehensive report generation.
- Ability to maintain objectivity and provide constructive feedback.
- Discreet and professional demeanor.
- Reliable access to transportation to various spa locations in Fresno, CA.
- Proficiency with basic computer applications for online reporting.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience as a mystery shopper or quality assurance reviewer.
- Familiarity with spa and wellness industry services and standards.
- Flexible schedule to accommodate various appointment times.
