Key Responsibilities
- Handle a high volume of inbound customer calls, emails, and chat inquiries with professionalism and efficiency.
- Provide accurate information, answer questions, and resolve customer complaints and issues effectively.
- Document all customer interactions, feedback, and resolutions accurately in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to escalate and resolve complex customer problems.
- Maintain a high level of product and service knowledge to provide comprehensive support.
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and quality standards to ensure exceptional service delivery.
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve the customer experience and contribute to team success.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a clear and professional demeanor.

- Proficiency in basic computer navigation and ability to learn new software quickly.

Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a call center, customer service, or retail environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Fluency in a second language, particularly Spanish, is a plus.
