Job Description

We provide comprehensive, paid training, including support to achieve your Care Certificate. Key Responsibilities
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
- Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) suchs as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
- Help with light housekeeping tasks, laundry, and meal preparation.
- Support clients with mobility, transfers, and ambulation.
- Remind clients to take medications as prescribed.
- Accompany clients to appointments and on errands.
- Document care provided and report any changes in client condition.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and healthy environment for clients.
Required Skills
- Compassionate and caring demeanor.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Reliable and punctual.
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently.
- Strong desire to help others and make a positive impact.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Preferred Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED.
- Previous experience in a customer service role.
- Ability to speak a second language (e.g., Spanish).
