Job Description
Are you passionate about storytelling and possess a keen eye for detail? Netflix is looking for a talented and dedicated WFH Script Reviewer with a focus on story development to join our remote team. In this critical role, you will be instrumental in evaluating scripts, providing constructive feedback, and identifying compelling narratives that align with Netflix’s diverse content strategy. This is a 100% remote position, allowing you to contribute your expertise from the comfort of your home. You will be at the forefront of identifying promising projects, ensuring their creative vision is strong, and helping to shape the future of entertainment on a global scale.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough and objective reviews of incoming scripts, screenplays, and story treatments.
- Provide detailed written feedback on plot, character development, pacing, dialogue, and overall narrative structure.
- Assess commercial viability and alignment with Netflix's brand and audience demographics.
- Identify potential strengths and weaknesses, suggesting areas for improvement or further development.
- Participate in virtual team meetings to discuss script evaluations and contribute to creative discussions.
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to strict non-disclosure agreements.
- Track and manage script submissions using internal database systems.
- Stay informed about industry trends, emerging talent, and competitor content.
Required Skills
