Job Description
Are you a sports enthusiast looking for a unique way to experience live events? Olympia Entertainment is seeking a detail-oriented and discreet individual to join our team as a Sporting Event Mystery Usher. This exciting part-time role allows you to attend major sporting events while providing critical feedback on venue operations, customer service, and overall guest experience. You’ll blend in with the crowd, perform standard usher duties, and discreetly evaluate various aspects of the event environment to help us maintain our high standards of excellence. Key Responsibilities
- Attend assigned sporting events as a regular usher, performing duties such as directing guests to seats, answering questions, and enforcing venue policies.
- Discreetly observe and evaluate various aspects of the event experience, including ticket scanning, concession stand operations, cleanliness, staff interactions, and overall venue atmosphere.
- Complete detailed reports after each event, providing objective feedback, observations, and recommendations for improvement.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and discretion at all times to avoid revealing your 'mystery' role.
- Assist guests with inquiries, provide directions, and ensure a safe and enjoyable environment.
- Collaborate with event management to address any immediate concerns or issues observed.
- Adhere to all venue rules, safety protocols, and company policies.
