Job Description
Are you observant, reliable, and looking for a flexible way to earn extra income? Ipsos is seeking enthusiastic and detail-oriented individuals to join our team of Casual Mystery Shoppers in the Huntington Beach area. This is a unique opportunity to provide valuable feedback to businesses, helping them improve customer service and product offerings, all while working on your own schedule with no minimum hours. You’ll visit various retail stores, restaurants, or service providers as a regular customer, evaluate your experience based on specific criteria, and submit a detailed report. Your insights directly contribute to the quality and success of our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit assigned businesses (retail stores, restaurants, etc.) in the Huntington Beach area as a regular customer.
- Perform specific tasks as outlined in each assignment brief (e.g., inquire about a product, make a purchase, observe staff interaction).
- Pay close attention to details related to cleanliness, staff professionalism, product availability, and overall customer experience.
- Accurately complete and submit detailed online reports within a specified timeframe following each visit.
- Maintain confidentiality of client information and assignment details.
- Adhere to all guidelines and instructions provided for each mystery shop.
Required Skills
- Excellent observational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong written communication skills for clear and concise reporting.
- Reliability and ability to meet deadlines for report submission.
- Access to a computer or smartphone with internet access for assignments and reporting.
- Ability to follow instructions precisely.
- Good memory to recall specific details of your experience.

- Prior experience as a mystery shopper or in customer service roles.
