Job Description
We are actively seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Counter Service Specialist to join our dynamic team in Sugar Land, TX. Key Responsibilities
- Process a variety of customer transactions accurately and efficiently, including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and cashing checks.
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate Chase products and services (e.g., credit cards, loans, investment options).
- Open new accounts and assist customers with account inquiries and maintenance.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints with professionalism and a positive attitude.
- Maintain strict adherence to bank policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Manage and balance cash drawer daily, ensuring accuracy and security.
- Educate customers on self-service options and digital banking tools.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve branch goals and provide a seamless customer experience.
