Job Description
We are seeking a highly meticulous and passionate Vehicle Groomer (Prestige) to join our esteemed team at Mercedes-Benz of Savannah. This role is crucial in maintaining the pristine condition and luxurious presentation of our high-end vehicle inventory, including new arrivals, showroom models, and serviced customer vehicles. The ideal candidate will have an unwavering eye for detail, a deep understanding of premium vehicle care techniques, and a commitment to upholding the Mercedes-Benz standard of excellence. Key Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive interior and exterior detailing on new and pre-owned luxury vehicles.
- Execute paint correction, polishing, waxing, and ceramic coating applications to achieve a flawless finish.
- Clean and recondition vehicle interiors, including vacuuming, shampooing, leather treatment, and sanitization.
- Detail engine compartments and wheel wells to showroom standards.
- Inspect vehicles for imperfections and address them proactively.
- Utilize specialized cleaning products and equipment safely and effectively.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring all tools and supplies are properly stored.
- Adhere to all dealership policies and safety guidelines.
- Collaborate with sales and service teams to prioritize vehicle preparation and delivery schedules.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in automotive detailing or grooming, preferably with luxury vehicles.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to perfection.
- Knowledge of various detailing products, tools, and techniques.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Physical stamina to perform tasks requiring standing, bending, and lifting for extended periods.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Preferred Qualifications
- Professional detailing certification (e.g., IDA, Meguiar's, Chemical Guys).
- Experience with paint correction and ceramic coating application.
