Job Description

As a Google Query Quality Associate, you will play a crucial role in improving the quality and relevance of Google’s search results and other text-based products. This is a 100% remote position where you will evaluate search queries and web pages, providing critical feedback that helps train and refine our machine learning models. Your meticulous attention to detail and understanding of user intent will directly contribute to a better user experience for millions worldwide. This role involves critical thinking, adherence to complex guidelines, and continuous learning in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze and evaluate search queries, web pages, and other text-based content according to established guidelines.
  • Provide objective and consistent feedback on the relevance, accuracy, and overall quality of search results.
  • Identify patterns and anomalies in search data to contribute to ongoing improvements.
  • Participate in calibration sessions and training to maintain high quality standards.
  • Work independently to meet daily productivity and quality targets.
  • Adapt to guideline updates and evolving project requirements efficiently.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality regarding all project information.

Required Skills
