Job Description

Key Responsibilities
- Participate actively in our CDL-A training program to learn safe driving practices and regulations.
- Operate commercial motor vehicles safely and efficiently once licensed, under supervision as required.
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of vehicles and equipment.
- Secure cargo properly and ensure its safe transport.
- Maintain accurate logbooks and submit all required documentation.
- Adhere to all Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations and company policies.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch, customers, and other team members.
- Ensure timely and safe delivery of goods.
Required Skills
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Ability to obtain a Commercial Learlner's Permit (CLP) prior to starting training.
- Ability to pass a DOT physical and drug screen.
- Clean motor vehicle record (MVR).
- Strong work ethic and a commitment to safety.
- Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently.
Preferred Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Basic mechanical aptitude.
- Previous experience in a physically demanding role.
