Job Description

We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join Bell Canada as a WFH Customer Support Representative. This is a 100% remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home. You will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing essential support for a variety of services, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring a positive experience. Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email in a professional and timely manner.
  • Provide accurate information regarding Bell Canada products, services, and billing.
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to internet, TV, and mobile services.
  • Escalate complex issues to senior support staff when necessary.
  • Document all customer interactions and resolutions thoroughly in our CRM system.
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through active listening and effective problem-solving.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures, including data privacy and security guidelines.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance product knowledge and skills.

Required Skills

  • Minimum 6 months of experience in a customer service or call center environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong active listening skills and empathy.
  • Proficiency in using computers and navigating multiple software applications simultaneously.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, remote environment.
  • Reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated quiet workspace.
  • Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bilingualism (English and French) is a significant asset.
  • Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk).
  • Previous experience in the telecommunications industry.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
