Job Description
As a VIP Transport Specialist focusing on Luxury SUVs, you will be the face of Metro Cars for our most esteemed clients. Your primary responsibility will be to provide safe, punctual, and discreet transportation in our high-end SUV fleet. This role demands exceptional driving skills, meticulous attention to detail, a proactive service mindset, and the utmost professionalism to ensure an unparalleled luxury experience for every passenger. You will manage routes, maintain vehicle immaculate conditions, and anticipate client needs, embodying our brand’s dedication to excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate luxury SUVs safely and efficiently, adhering to all traffic laws and company policies.
- Provide punctual transportation services for VIP clients, executives, and high-profile individuals.
- Maintain the pristine cleanliness and operational readiness of assigned luxury vehicles before, during, and after each trip.
- Plan and execute optimal routes, adapting to real-time traffic conditions and client requests using advanced navigation systems.
- Demonstrate impeccable etiquette, discretion, and professionalism at all times, respecting client privacy.
- Assist clients with luggage and other needs, ensuring a seamless and comfortable experience.
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections, reporting any vehicle maintenance needs promptly.
- Adhere to strict schedules and communicate effectively with dispatch and clients regarding any changes or delays.
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of Detroit and surrounding areas, including popular destinations, routes, and points of interest.
Required Skills
- Valid Michigan Driver's License with a clean driving record.
- Minimum of 4 years of professional chauffeuring or high-end transportation experience.
- Proven experience driving luxury SUVs (e.g., Cadillac Escalade, Lincoln Navigator, Mercedes-Benz GLS).
- Exceptional knowledge of the Metro Detroit area roads and traffic patterns.
- Superior customer service and communication skills.
- Strong sense of discretion and confidentiality.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Professional demeanor and appearance.
- Ability to lift and carry luggage (up to 50 lbs).
Preferred Qualifications
- Advanced defensive driving or evasive driving course certification.
- CPR and First Aid certification.
- Experience with executive protection or security detail.
- Proficiency in a second language.
- Familiarity with luxury concierge services.
