Job Description
Are you detail-oriented, reliable, and enjoy working outdoors? Fish Window Cleaning is seeking a dedicated Window Squeegee Specialist to join our Residential Fleet care team in Detroit. In this role, you will be responsible for providing top-notch window cleaning services for our residential clients, ensuring their homes sparkle. This position involves driving a company vehicle, managing cleaning equipment, and delivering outstanding customer service. We are looking for an individual who takes pride in their work, possesses excellent physical stamina, and is committed to upholding our high standards of quality and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform professional window cleaning services for residential properties using industry-best practices and equipment.
- Operate and maintain company vehicles and equipment safely and efficiently.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines during the cleaning process.
- Interact with clients in a friendly, professional, and courteous manner.
- Manage daily routes and schedules effectively to ensure timely completion of assignments.
- Inspect work upon completion to ensure the highest quality and customer satisfaction.
- Handle minor equipment maintenance and report any major issues to management.
Required Skills
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Excellent physical stamina and ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for extended periods, and work in various weather conditions.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
