Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Remote Student Aide to join our team. This part-time position is ideal for a student looking to gain valuable administrative experience while contributing to a global education leader. You will provide essential support to various departments by assisting with administrative tasks, data entry, document preparation, and content writing/editing. This is a fully remote role, offering flexibility for your studies.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records in various systems.
- Draft, proofread, and edit internal communications, reports, and marketing materials.
- Assist with scheduling meetings and managing calendars for team members.
- Organize and maintain digital files and documents.
- Conduct research and compile information as requested.
- Provide general administrative support to ensure smooth departmental operations.
- Collaborate with team members on various projects and initiatives.
Required Skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment.
- Current enrollment in an accredited college or university program.
- Basic understanding of administrative processes.

- Experience with online collaboration tools (e.g., Slack, Microsoft Teams).
- Prior experience in an administrative or writing-focused role (even volunteer).
- Familiarity with style guides (e.g., APA, MLA, Chicago).
